宝珠洞, Buddhist cave in Shijingshan District, China
The Cave of Precious Pearl sits at the summit of Pingpo Mount, featuring stone walls decorated with black and white gravel patterns.
The cave construction was completed in 1780 and received imperial inscriptions from Emperor Qianlong above its wooden entrance archway.
The cave forms part of Badachu Park's eight Buddhist temples and monasteries, reflecting traditional Chinese religious architecture.
Visitors can access the cave through Badachu Park, which charges an entrance fee of 10 CNY and operates from early morning until evening.
The cave's position provides views of Beijing's sunrise and cityscape, while its walls contain minerals that generate pearl-like reflections.
