Shanrong Culture Exhibition Hall, Ancient culture museum in Yanqing District, China.
The Shanrong Culture Exhibition Hall displays over 20,000 artifacts made from gold, bronze, pottery, jade, agate, turquoise, bone, and mussel materials.
The museum presents archaeological findings from 584 excavated tombs of the Shanrong people, who inhabited the Yanshan region during the Spring and Autumn Period.
The exhibition space features ten original tombs, including two large tribal chief graves containing gold ornaments and bronze weapons at their occupants' waists.
Located 74 kilometers from Beijing, visitors can reach the museum by taking Bus 919 from Deshengmen to Yanqing, then transferring to Bus 920.
The exhibition hall maintains the original excavation site layout, with tombs arranged on yellow ground containing wooden coffins and animal bone offerings.
