The Huanggang Yangtze River Bridge is a road and rail bridge spanning across the Yangtze River between Huanggang and Ezhou. The structure combines truss and cable-stayed elements to cross the water over a length exceeding 4000 meters.

The bridge was completed in the early 21st century, creating the first direct connection for both road and rail traffic at this location on the Yangtze. The project significantly improved the transportation infrastructure network in the Hubei region.

The bridge carries the Wuhan–Huanggang intercity railway on its lower deck and the Huang–E expressway (S38) on the upper deck, linking Huanggang's Huangzhou district with Ezhou's Huarong district. Its opening on 16 June 2014 gave this stretch of the Yangtze a shared road and rail crossing, about 17 km downstream of the Ehuang Yangtze River Bridge.

The upper deck carries four highway lanes with a speed limit of 80 km/h, while the lower deck has two rail tracks for the Wuhan–Huanggang intercity line. The bridge is part of the S38 Huang E expressway, connecting to the S7 in the west and the S5 in the east. Approach roads split into separate road and rail alignments beyond the main span.

The main span of 567 metres ranked as the 30th longest cable-stayed span in the world and the 23rd in China. The deck carries four highway lanes at a design speed of 80 km/h above two railway tracks. Its 90 piers rest on 967 bored piles, using 100,000 tonnes of steel and 400,000 cubic metres of concrete.
