Shenglong Global Center, Modern skyscraper in Fuzhou, China
Shenglong Global Center is a mixed-use tower in the downtown area of Fuzhou, China, combining office space, residential units, and retail floors within one building. It rises across more than 50 floors, with shops and dining on the lower levels and corporate offices occupying the upper sections.
The tower was built during the 2010s as Fuzhou pushed to expand and modernize its central business district, opening in 2019. It was part of a broader wave of large-scale construction that reshaped the downtown skyline during that decade.
The lower floors of Shenglong Global Center draw a steady mix of office workers, shoppers, and locals grabbing a meal, giving the space a rhythm tied to the working day. The area around the tower has become one of the newer commercial reference points in Fuzhou.
The building sits in central Fuzhou and can be reached on foot or by public transit without difficulty. Multiple entrances and elevators serve the different levels, though the lower commercial floors tend to get busy during lunch hours and after work.
Despite being known primarily as an office tower, the building also contains residential floors, which is relatively rare for a structure of this scale in central Fuzhou. This makes it one of the few downtown buildings where people both live and work under the same roof.
