Changxindian Workers' School, Cultural heritage site in Changxindian Subdistrict, China.

The Former Site of the Labor School in Changxindian is a small courtyard house at No. 1 Cishitang Hutong, Fengtai District, Beijing. It comprises three rooms in the east wing and two rooms each in the north and south wings. The east wing served as the main classroom, while the north and south wings were used as student dormitories.

In December 1920 the early Beijing communist organization led by Li Dazhao chose Changxindian for a labour school to spread Marxism and train worker leaders. Deng Zhongxia, Zhang Tailei, Yang Renqi and Zhang Guotao attended the preparatory meeting on 19 December 1920, and the school opened on New Year's Day 1921, working among the railway workers. In 1979 it was listed as a Beijing protected site within the Erqi relics, and in 2013 as a national key cultural relic.

The school's name comes from its role as a supplementary school for railway workers in Changxindian, where Deng Zhongxia, Zhang Tailei, Yang Renqi and Zhang Guotao attended the December 19, 1920 preparatory meeting. It opened on New Year's Day 1921 and served as a base for spreading Marxism among workers.

The site is at No. 1 Cilingkou Hutong in Changxindian, Fengtai District, Beijing, in a hutong lane off the main road. The courtyard is small, with three rooms in the east wing and two each in the north and south wings, so allow a short visit. It is part of the Changxindian February 7th Strike site group.

The school opened on New Year's Day 1921 in a small courtyard of three east rooms and two rooms on each side, where railway workers were taught and recruited. In 2013 it was listed among the seventh batch of Major Historical and Cultural Sites Protected at the National Level, as part of the Changxindian February 7 Strike sites.
