Rustavi International Motorpark, motorpark near Tbilisi, Georgia
Rustavi International Motorpark is a racing track in Georgia built in 2011-2012 that meets international Federation standards for category II circuits. The track stretches 4.1 km with 12 turns, accommodates 28 pit boxes, and can host diverse racing series including Formula 1 test events.
The track was funded and built between 2011-2012 by a local businessman who also designs racing cars. Georgian workers constructed it following international regulations, establishing it as a key motorsport venue in the region.
The complex sits about 20 km from Tbilisi center on the right side of the Mtkvari River, near the main highway to Red Bridge. Easy access and proximity to a major car market and government services make it simple to find and reach.
The track was designed specifically as a test facility for Formula 1 cars, allowing teams to develop vehicles under real racing conditions. The special geometry with varying grades and turn configurations creates diverse driving challenges that help drivers sharpen their skills.
