Soochipara Falls

Soochipara Falls is a waterfall in Wayanad district that drops from approximately 200 meters in three distinct stages through dense forest. The water cascades down through the mountain forests of the Western Ghats, creating multiple pools at different levels.

The waterfall was named by indigenous inhabitants based on its position as a landmark, as it sits near ancient trade routes through the mountains. The site served as a known waypoint across the region for centuries.
