Darul Huda Islamic University is a private higher education institution in Chemmad, Malappuram district, Kerala. Founded in 1986, it offers programs in Islamic sciences including theology, Arabic language, and Islamic law. The campus spans about 100 acres and combines modern buildings with traditional Islamic architecture.
The university was established in 1986 and expanded from an Islamic academy to a full university by 2009. It was founded with the mission to train Islamic scholars and promote Islamic knowledge and values across India.
The name Darul Huda means 'House of Guidance' and reflects the mission to guide students in understanding Islam. Walking through the campus, you see students in prayer, discussions, and group study, showing a strong community focused on knowledge and character development.
