Indroda Dinosaur and Fossil Park

The park extends across 400 hectares along the Sabarmati River banks, containing exhibits of dinosaur fossils, life-size models, and petrified eggs from prehistoric times.

Established in 1970 by the Geological Survey of India, the park displays fossils from the Patcham formation of Kutch basin dating back 66 million years.

The Gujarat Ecological Education and Research Foundation manages this educational center, which serves as a primary destination for students learning about paleontology.

Visitors can access the park through Ahmedabad International Airport, located 30 kilometers away, or via regular bus services from major Gujarat cities.

The facility houses India's second-largest dinosaur hatchery collection, featuring fossils and remains from species such as Tyrannosaurus rex, Megalosaurus, and Titanosaurus.
