Sahastra Bahu Temples is a complex of two main structures built on a shared platform in Nagda, adorned with intricate carved details. The buildings are surrounded by several smaller shrines that form part of the overall design.
King Mahipala of the Kachchhwaha Dynasty built these temples during the 10th century. The site later suffered damage when Delhi emperor Iltutmish destroyed Nagda in 1226.
