Bhuchar Mori, State Protected Monument in Jamnagar district, India
The Bhuchar Mori plateau contains memorial stones and monuments spread across a large compound northwest of Dhrol town in Gujarat.
The site marks the location of a major battle in July 1591 between Kathiawar forces and the Mughal army, resulting in over 10,000 casualties.
A fair takes place during the last day of Shraavana month, drawing thousands of visitors who pay respects at the memorial stones.
The memorial compound features multiple shrines, including those dedicated to Ram, Laxman, and Bhutnath, along with 32 memorial stones within its boundaries.
The memorial includes a mounted statue of commander Ajaji and his wife Surajkunwarba, with eight additional stones honoring fallen Mughal soldiers.
