Arch of Constantine, Triumphal arch near Colosseum, Italy.

The arch spans 25.9 meters in width and rises 21 meters high, featuring three passageways with columns of different architectural orders carved in marble.

The Roman Senate commissioned this monument in 312 to honor Emperor Constantine's victory over Maxentius at the Battle of Milvian Bridge.

The structure incorporates sculptures and reliefs from earlier monuments of Trajan, Hadrian, and Marcus Aurelius, with original heads replaced by Constantine's image.

Visitors can reach the monument by taking Metro line B to Colosseo station or using buses 75, 85, 87, 175, 673, and 810.

The arch served as the finish line for marathon runners during the 1960 Summer Olympics held in Rome.
