The project began in 2015 following a site study in 2012, transforming the former Continassa farmhouse into a new business center. This development reshaped a historic location into a modern economic hub.
The development includes an international school offering Anglo-Saxon curriculum for up to 600 students, enriching the educational landscape of Turin.
The site brings together multiple services in one location, from office spaces to retail shops and dining, all accessible from a central point. Visitors can explore the entire grounds on foot since it is designed as a unified complex.
The complex integrates a concept store with retail spaces and a restaurant, expecting to receive 750,000 visitors annually.
