Dolsan Bridge is a road bridge that connects mainland Yeosu to Dolsando Island by crossing the Namhae Sea. It has two traffic lanes and carries vehicles between these two areas.
Construction of this bridge began in 1980 and opened to the public in 1984. The project improved transportation links between the mainland and the island.
The bridge forms an essential component of National Highway 77, linking the communities of mainland Yeosu with the residents of Dolsando Island.
