Jinnamgwan, National Treasure wooden pavilion in Yeosu, South Korea.
The Jinnamgwan structure extends 75 meters in length and 14 meters in height, featuring 68 pillars that support its extensive wooden framework and tiled roof.
Admiral Yi Sun-sin's successor, Yi Si-eon, constructed this government building in 1599 after the previous structure burned during the 1597 Japanese invasion of Korea.
The building incorporates traditional Korean architectural elements, including dragon-head carvings on columns and flower-shaped supports with visible Dancheong paint decorations.
Located at 11 Dongmun-ro in central Yeosu, the pavilion houses a museum that displays maps and information about naval tactics from the 1590s conflicts.
A single stone statue remains in the courtyard from the original seven figures reportedly created by Admiral Yi Sun-sin to deceive enemy forces.
