The Fairmont Kuala Lumpur development consists of two towers reaching heights of 370 meters and 278 meters near the Petronas Towers complex.
Construction initiated in 2014 experienced a pause in 2018, with work resuming in early 2024 to complete the basement and ground level sections.
The development represents Malaysia's expanding urban architecture, adding to Kuala Lumpur's collection of modern high-rise structures in the city center.
The taller tower will contain a hotel and residential spaces, while the second tower will function as an office building with 71 floors.
The project includes a shopping mall podium spanning two million square feet, exceeding the size of the neighboring Suria KLCC retail complex.
