Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur occupies Menara Darussalam, a 40-storey tower on Jalan Pinang beside the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, with offices on levels 3 to 15 and the hotel above. It holds 412 rooms, entry-level rooms of 47 square metres, a Sky Lobby facing the Petronas Twin Towers, three dining venues, seven meeting and event spaces, the Essa Spa and an outdoor pool.

Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur opened officially on 24 August 2012, the first Grand Hyatt brand in Malaysia and part of Hyatt Hotels Corporation. It occupies Menara Darussalam, a 40-storey tower whose levels 3 to 15 hold separate office space, with 412 rooms. It stands on Jalan Pinang beside the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, facing the Petronas Twin Towers.

The hotel is the first Grand Hyatt brand in Malaysia, opened under Hyatt Hotels Corporation on 24 August 2012. Its Essa Spa uses traditional Malay ingredients, and the outdoor pool sits among tropical greenery. The Sky Lobby looks onto the Petronas Twin Towers and KLCC Park.

The hotel stands on Jalan Pinang, next to the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, and the Raja Chulan Monorail station is a short walk away. The Petronas Twin Towers, Suria KLCC and Pavilion Kuala Lumpur are all reachable on foot. The Sky Lobby is served by express lifts from street level.

The hotel occupies the 40-storey Menara Darussalam, where separate office space fills levels 3 to 15 below the hotel floors. The lobby, called the Sky Lobby, sits high in the tower and looks onto the Petronas Twin Towers and KLCC Park. Guests reach it by lift from street level rather than checking in at the entrance.
