George Topîrceanu memorial museum, Literary memorial house in Iași, Romania
The museum displays personal belongings, writing instruments, photographs, and manuscripts of Romanian poet George Topîrceanu in a nineteenth-century building.
The poet moved to this residence in 1932 through his friend Demostene Botez and remained there until his death in 1937.
The museum contains the writer's study room with his original desk, pens, inkwells, along with a collection of vintage records and photography equipment.
Located at Ralet Street number 7 in Iași, the memorial house welcomes visitors from Tuesday to Sunday between 10:00 and 17:00.
The collection includes glass plate negatives created by the poet himself, along with a caricature drawn by theater director Ion Sava.
