Ostkupan is a student housing building in Kallebäck containing 361 accommodations, with furnished single rooms and unfurnished apartments spread across multiple floors. The structure includes shared kitchens, storage areas, and laundry facilities for residents.

SGS Studentbostäder developed this complex to meet the growing demand for student housing in Gothenburg. The project represented an important step in expanding modern accommodation options for the city's students.

Students from around the world share kitchens and common areas within the Kallebäck district, meeting naturally in spaces designed for daily life. This international mix creates a living environment where different cultures come together in everyday routines.

The building includes electricity and broadband internet as standard, with laundry facilities available for all residents. The layout of different room types and common areas makes it easy for people to find what they need.

The building features two outdoor terraces and a basement pub where residents gather for events and social activities. These spaces are where the social life of the building comes most alive.
