Fairytale Castle, Indoor amusement ride at Liseberg, Sweden
The interior of Sagoslottet featured 15 suspended gondolas that transported visitors through different fairy tale scenes within a castle structure.
Originally named Peter Pan in 1968, then Vår Lilla Värld from 1981 to 1984, the attraction received its final name Sagoslottet in 1985.
The ride presented mechanical figures telling traditional stories including Aladdin, Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella, and The Emperor's New Clothes.
The 192-meter track carried passengers at 4.5 kilometers per hour, with gondolas moving through darkness except for boarding and exit points.
Three open arches on the third floor allowed riders to view the courtyard and the Dragon Boats attraction during their journey.
