World of Turkmenbashi Tales

The World of Turkmenbashi Tales is an amusement park in Ashgabat with numerous rides, shows, and themed areas. The park features traditional carousels, performance stages, and various attractions designed for visitors of all ages.

The park was founded in 2006 as a cultural initiative project. It was designed as an entertainment destination to showcase regional stories and local traditions.

The park displays characters from Turkmen folk tales that visitors encounter throughout their visit. The designs draw from regional art forms like carpets and jewelry that are woven into the attractions and spaces.

The park sits in a central location in Ashgabat and is easily accessible by taxi. Wear comfortable shoes as the grounds are spacious for exploring.

A roller coaster runs over a miniature representation of the Caspian Sea. Unexpectedly large concrete animal sculptures, including a T-Rex and giant rabbits, are scattered throughout.
