Sifen Creek, Brook in Nangang District, Taiwan
The Sifen Creek extends for 7 kilometers through Nangang District, flowing from mountain valleys before merging with the Dakeng Stream at Academia Sinica.
In 1998, two typhoons caused substantial flooding along the creek, leading authorities to implement comprehensive river engineering projects with natural stone embankments.
