The 27-story Polaris Garden reaches a height of 351 feet with 106 luxury apartments featuring contemporary residential architecture and outdoor amenities.
The Hong Kong architectural firm P&T Group completed the construction of Polaris Garden on December 31, 2007, adding to Taipei's vertical development.
Former Taiwan president Chen Shui-bian and business leaders like PX Mart founder Lin Ming-Hsiung selected this building as their residence.
Located at No. 2-8, Lane 91, Section 5, Xinyi Road, the building includes three underground levels and facilities such as swimming pool and garden.
Engineers incorporated a counterweight pendulum system and deep foundation piles to protect the structure during seismic events and strong winds.
