Cathay Financial Center, Corporate skyscraper in Xinyi District, Taiwan

Japanese architect Tokutoshi Torii designed this modern office building, which was completed in 2002 as part of Xinyi District's development.
The building represents Taiwan's financial sector growth and serves as the headquarters for Cathay Financial Holding, a major financial institution.
Located at Number 9 Songren Road, the building provides office spaces and meeting facilities for various corporate tenants and business professionals.
In 2017, this structure became Taiwan's first life insurance industry building to receive LEED EBOM Gold Certification for environmental standards.
