Kelti Group Headquarters, Office building in Xinyi District, Taiwan
Kelti Group Headquarters is an office building in Taipei's Xinyi District with 19 floors reaching about 91 meters in height. The structure houses multiple corporate offices and financial institutions across its modern workspace floors.
Architect Kris Yao designed the building, which was completed in 2009 as Taipei's financial district expanded rapidly. This project represented the broader transformation of the area during the early 2000s economic growth.
The King Kong Rhino sculpture at the entrance marks the building as a place where business architecture meets public art. This installation creates a striking landmark that draws attention from pedestrians walking through the district.
The building sits on Songren Road and is easily accessible by public transit in the Xinyi District. Note that as a private office building, interior access is restricted to tenants and authorized guests.
The design maximizes natural light through strategically placed windows while maintaining energy efficiency across all 19 floors. This thoughtful approach reduces heating and cooling costs while creating better work environments for occupants.
