Originally named Zhongqiang Park, this recreational space at the foot of Elephant Mountain underwent renovation to become a second-generation park with flood prevention capabilities.
The park incorporates a tree frog theme throughout its design elements, reflecting the local ecosystem as the only location in Taipei where these amphibians are found.
The facility includes exercise equipment, basketball courts, drinking fountains, restrooms, and USB charging ports in the pavilion for visitors' convenience.
The children's play area contains three different types of swings, including dual-person swings, and features rubber surfacing for enhanced safety during activities.
