The Parque Central Complex spans ten hectares with twin towers reaching 225 meters high and includes residential, commercial, and cultural spaces.

Construction began in 1970 with residential buildings, followed by the west tower in 1979 and east tower in 1983, engineered by Henrique Siso Maury.

The complex contains two notable institutions: the Museum of Contemporary Art of Caracas and the Children's Museum, offering extensive cultural programming.

The complex connects to major transportation networks, including the Caracas Metro system, and houses numerous government offices serving the public.

The twin towers maintained the record as Latin America's tallest buildings from 1979 until 2003, when Mexico City's Torre Mayor exceeded their height.
