South China AA Stadium is a multi-sport facility in Causeway Bay with a football field, tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball courts, bowling greens, and an athletic track. The grounds accommodate different sporting activities and training needs across multiple facilities arranged within the compound.

South China AA acquired the Caroline Hill lease in 1927, and a clubhouse and stands opened in 1934, inaugurated by Governor Sir William Peel with a match between South China and a combined XI. The Japanese occupied the grounds during World War II; the club regained control in 1946. New stands seating 12,000 were built in 1953, and after a HK$370 million rebuild the stadium reopened in 2021.

The ground is nicknamed Caroline Hill Stadium, or "Ka Shan" for short, after its Caroline Hill Road site. South China trains here, and the club's athletics department uses the rooftop running track, laid with the same shock-absorbing surface as Tokyo's National Stadium.

The venue sits near Caroline Hill Road and is accessible via Causeway Bay MTR Station and several bus lines serving the area. Visitors should check local information to determine which facilities are open to the public and when organized matches or events take place.

The 2021 rebuild cost HK$370 million, with HK$170 million from the Jockey Club and HK$200 million from South China. The running track uses the same shock-absorbing material as Tokyo's National Stadium, and a putting green sits behind one goal.
