Oyama-ji

Oyama-ji is a Buddhist temple featuring traditional wooden structures with curved roofs, stone lanterns, and cultivated gardens nestled at the base of mountains. The complex combines architectural elements across a unified grounds arranged for both worship and contemplation.

This temple was established during Japan's medieval period and represents the continuation of Buddhist traditions across generations of monastic practitioners. Many structures visible today date to those foundational periods when the monastery took its enduring form.
