Gamagori Station north entrance underpass

The north entrance underpass of Gamagori Station contains multiple retail spaces and corridors connecting different sections of the transportation hub.

The subterranean complex opened on June 20, 1967, as part of a major infrastructure development project at Gamagori Station.

The underground passage hosts regular community gatherings and seasonal displays that reflect local traditions of Aichi Prefecture.

The passage provides sheltered access to four railway platforms, connecting JR Central and Meitetsu lines for over 9,000 daily passengers.
