Waters Takeshiba is a waterfront mixed-use facility in Tokyo that combines a 26-floor tower, theater space, luxury hotel, and shopping venues in one location. The complex sits along the harbor near Hamarikyu Gardens and serves multiple purposes within its structure.

The site's redevelopment transformed the historic Takeshiba harbor district into a modern mixed-use area. The project relocated the Gekidan Shiki 2nd Theater and created a new cultural landmark within Tokyo's waterfront zone.

The JR East Japan Shiki Theater hosts professional theatrical performances throughout the year, keeping Japanese performing arts alive in a modern setting. Visitors can experience both traditional and contemporary productions that continue the city's artistic heritage.

The location connects to multiple train stations including Hamamatsucho, Daimon, and Takeshiba, making access straightforward by public transportation. A nine-floor parking garage is available for visitors arriving by car.
