Bahia Center

Bahia Center is a residential high-rise in central Oran built as four connected towers combining housing and commercial spaces. The complex houses apartments, office areas, and a shopping center with numerous retail outlets for daily needs.

Construction started in 2007 and finished in 2014, making it the tallest residential building in Algeria at the time. The project represented a major step in Oran's modern urban development.

The building displays modern design that draws from North African architectural traditions, reflecting how contemporary construction in the region honors local building styles. Walking around it, you notice how this approach shapes the overall appearance of central Oran.

The building has elevators serving different levels, and parking is available for both residents and visitors throughout the year. The location in central Oran makes it easy to access by public transportation or on foot from nearby areas.
