Long Museum West Bund

The Long Museum West Bund is an art museum along the West Bund promenade in Shanghai with a modern concrete building and distinctive arched roof structures. The building spans four exhibition levels with thousands of square meters of gallery space for photographs, art installations, and other contemporary works.

The museum was built on the site of a coal transport hub from the 1950s and incorporates original elements from this industrial past into its modern design. The location thus connects the region's industrial history with contemporary art presentation.
