Desert Falls Water & Adventure Park, amusement park in Qatar
Desert Falls Water & Adventure Park is a large water and amusement park set within the Hilton Salwa Beach Resort, near Qatar's south-west border with Saudi Arabia. It features over 30 slides, pools, and rides grouped around a central area called Sea Caves Waterpark, alongside a go-kart track and adventure sport activities.
The park was built as part of the Hilton Salwa Beach Resort, developed in the Abu Samra area in southern Qatar. Since opening, it has gradually added new rides and activities to broaden its offer for families and visitors from across the region.
The park sits on Salwa Road at Exit 86, roughly an hour's drive from Doha, with free parking on-site. There is no direct public transport to Abu Samra, so if you are not driving, arrange a return ride in advance and check opening hours before you go.
The park runs on a fully cashless system where visitors load money onto a wristband and use it for all purchases inside, from food to locker rentals. Any credit left on the wristband at the end of the day can be refunded at the exit.
