Sushi Shikon

The restaurant was established in 2013 by Executive Chef Yoshiharu Kakinuma, who trained as an apprentice under Chef Yoshitake in Tokyo. This experience shaped his approach and led to opening the establishment in Hong Kong.

The dining room displays Japanese antiques and handcrafted serving pieces that reflect traditional craftsmanship. Walking through, you notice how these objects from different regions create a sense of connection to Japan.
