Antelope Game Park

Antelope Game Park is a nature reserve near Gweru covering around 3000 acres of land. It provides habitat for zebras, wildebeest, giraffes, kudus, impalas, hartebeest, and more than 190 bird species.

The reserve was established in 1987 as a conservation area in Zimbabwe. It received the award for Leading Private Game Reserve from 2016 through 2018.

The park works closely with nearby villages, supporting local schools and health centers through its programs. This partnership allows residents to benefit from wildlife while participating in conservation efforts that matter to the region.

Visitors can enjoy game drives, horseback rides, bush walks, and bird watching throughout the reserve. The park also offers elephant interactions and guided activities suited to different preferences.

The African Lion and Environmental Research Trust operates research programs focused on conservation within the park. This organization combines fieldwork with practical efforts to support the region's natural environment.
