One Brain, Electronic escape room in Lille, France
One Brain is an electronic escape room in Lille with two distinct experiences called Casse-Tête and Mission Hantée, each requiring different combinations of searching, handling, and reasoning to progress. Each adventure lasts about 60 minutes and uses technology to manage the puzzles and challenges throughout the rooms.
The facility opened in June 2018 as the first electronic escape room in France. This debut introduced a new format of puzzle entertainment to the country, blending game design with digital control systems.
Teams work through puzzle challenges in themed rooms connected to a central electronic system that adjusts difficulty based on player actions. This type of shared problem-solving draws visitors who enjoy testing their skills and cooperation with others.
The rooms are located near the city center and welcome groups daily from 10:00 AM to 10:30 PM, making it easy to find a time that works for your schedule. Arrive early since sessions last about an hour and other groups may be booked at the same time.
The facility uses an artificial intelligence system named Maia that generates and adapts puzzles in real time. This system tailors challenges during gameplay, meaning no two sessions unfold in exactly the same way.
