The House of Roosevelt is a restaurant with rooftop terrace housed in an eight-story neoclassical building along the Huangpu River's waterfront. Glass-enclosed terraces above allow diners to view the river and Pudong's skyline while remaining sheltered from the elements.

The building dates to 1922 when it served as the Asia regional headquarters for trading company Jardine Matheson. Decades later, a comprehensive restoration in 2008 transformed it into its current form as a dining venue.
