60 Water Street

60 Water Street is a 17-story structure in Dumbo with staggered towers and glass facades. The building combines residential units, ground-floor retail spaces, and a public school section in one integrated design.

The building was completed in 2015 as part of a major development project by Two Trees Management Co in Brooklyn. This new structure marked a turning point in the modern development of the Dumbo neighborhood.
