Completed in spring 2015, the building emerged from a 150-million-dollar development project led by Two Trees Management Co LLC in Brooklyn.

The structure contains a three-level underground parking garage and 10,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space along Water Street.
The building's envelope employs dual-scale patterns and includes a green roof deck offering direct views of the Brooklyn Bridge.
