Four Winds, Historical high-rise building in Central Business District, New Orleans, US
The Four Winds building reaches a height of 252 feet and contains nineteen floors of residential and commercial spaces at 210 Baronne Street.
Architect Emile Weil designed this structure in 1927, initially serving as the headquarters for Canal Bank and Trust for several decades.
The building features original architectural elements including Tennessee marble, travertine floors, and brass decorations that represent 1920s New Orleans design.
The structure includes a rooftop pool, fitness center, outdoor kitchen, and modern apartments equipped with smart home technology and fiber-optic internet.
The renovation in 2014 preserved 90-year-old heart of pine wood floors while integrating contemporary amenities like a 3D movie screening room.
