The building contains 146 one-bedroom units and 99 two-bedroom units, equipped with floor-to-ceiling windows and modern kitchens with Energy Star rated appliances.
A cantilevered glass box extends from the ninth floor facade, housing a coffee bar, movie screening area, and access to a saltwater pool with tiered seating.
