The construction of Al Marjan Island began in 2013 as part of Ras Al Khaimah's strategy to expand tourism infrastructure and attract international investments.
The island's architecture combines modern design with traditional Arabian elements, featuring luxurious resorts, residential areas, and waterfront promenades across four distinct sections.
Visitors can access the island via Marjan Island Boulevard, with accommodations ranging from five-star hotels to residential apartments and numerous beachfront dining options.
Wynn Al Marjan Island, scheduled to open in 2027, will introduce the first gaming resort in the United Arab Emirates with extensive entertainment facilities.
