The three-level building features art nouveau architecture with decorative stucco work, wrought iron elements, and stained glass windows incorporating local flora motifs.

Built in 1920 by architect Luciano Kulczewski García, the structure initially contained two residences and five commercial spaces before housing a maternity clinic from 1940 to 1960.

The building displays architectural elements inspired by Chilean nature, including copihues, roses, golden daffodils, acanthus leaves, and clematis in its ornamentation.

The headquarters of the Chilean College of Architects occupies the entire building at number 115, following renovations that unified separate spaces into a single structure.

The structure incorporates undulating cornices, moldings resembling foliage, and artistic wrought-iron gates that exemplify early 20th-century Chilean architectural craftsmanship.
