Edificios Turri, Art Deco residential complex in Providencia, Chile.

Edificios Turri is a set of three Art Deco residential buildings on the south side of Avenida Providencia, between Vicuña Mackenna and Bustamante, facing Plaza Baquedano in Providencia, Santiago. The central building holds the Teatro Universidad de Chile, formerly the 2,300-seat Teatro Baquedano, on its ground floor.

Designed by architect Guillermo Schneider for businessman Enrique Turri, the three buildings were erected in 1929 with a loan from the Caja de Crédito Hipotecario. They stand as one of Santiago's main architectural landmarks of the 1920s and are cited as the city's first high-rise buildings. They rose beside the Providencia station, demolished in 1943 to create Parque Bustamante.

The central building's ground floor held a "cine palacio" seating 2,300, opened in 1931 as the Teatro Baquedano. It is now the Teatro Universidad de Chile, so the complex's cultural role has run from 1930s film screenings to today's university-run stage productions.

The Baquedano metro station opened on 31 March 1977 directly at the foot of the complex, on Avenida Providencia between Vicuña Mackenna and Bustamante, facing Plaza Baquedano. The three buildings stand on the southern sidewalk, so the ensemble is seen on foot from the plaza side. The Teatro Universidad de Chile occupies the ground floor of the central building.

The complex is listed as an Inmueble de Conservación Histórica by Chile's Ministerio de Vivienda y Urbanismo, a municipal-level protection rather than a national monument designation. The Baquedano metro station opened on 31 March 1977 directly at the foot of the buildings.
