El Castillo Hotel Fabrega Organizational Center

El Castillo Hotel Fabrega is a stone and brick building with fortified towers situated on about four hectares in Valle Hermoso. The structure contains over 40 rooms designed for accommodation and training purposes, with spaces arranged throughout the property for different activities.

The building began in the 1870s as a farmhouse for the Las Playas estate and later served as a luxury hotel, union retreat, and training facility. Each phase shows how the structure adapted to serve different purposes across the generations.
