Autódromo Juan María Traverso, Argentine race circuit
The Autódromo Juan María Traverso is a racing track near San Nicolás in Buenos Aires Province. The facility features a modern circuit with multiple layout options suitable for different racing categories, measuring approximately 4 kilometers in length. The infrastructure includes pit areas, workshop spaces, grandstands, and ample parking for visitors. The venue serves both motorsport events and hosts exhibitions and fairs throughout the year.
The track was officially opened in October 2018 with a Súper TC 2000 race and quickly became a major venue for national motorsport events. It was named after Juan María Traverso to honor the legacy of the legendary racing driver who achieved his first major series victory in 1972 driving his distinctive orange Torino car.
Plan to arrive early to secure good viewing spots and explore the venue before racing begins. The facility provides ample parking and visitor amenities including restrooms and food areas, making it convenient for a full day out with family or friends.
Beyond racing, the track hosts the annual Expoagro fair since 2017, one of Latin America's largest agricultural expositions held in the same facility. This dual purpose makes it a versatile venue that connects motorsport, agriculture, and industry.
