Batallón de Comunicaciones 121, Rosario

Battalion 121 is a military compound containing multiple buildings with detention cells and command facilities located within Rosario's urban landscape. The former barracks consists of different areas that are now open to the public.

Between 1976 and 1980, the facility operated as a clandestine prison during Argentina's military dictatorship. The grounds were later converted into a memorial space and officially designated as a memory site in 2013.

The site honors those who suffered during Argentina's military period and serves as a space where visitors come to remember and learn about this dark chapter. Communities gather here to ensure these stories are not forgotten.
