Foreshore Place, formerly the ABSA Centre, is a 117-metre mixed-use skyscraper on Adderley Street in Cape Town's CBD. It has a four-storey podium and a 29-storey tower block built around a concrete central core. Its continuous glass curtain-wall façades were the first of their kind in Cape Town.

The building was originally constructed in 1970 as a hotel and later converted into office space for the ABSA banking group. This transformation reflects the city's shift toward becoming a financial center.

The tower's continuous glass curtain walls were the first of their kind in Cape Town, completed in 1970 on Adderley Street. Its lower four-storey podium once held the Heerengracht Hotel, while the upper floors served as Trust Bank offices, so the building has housed both banking and lodging on the same site.

Foreshore Place stands on Adderley Street, the main road through Cape Town's CBD, on the Foreshore near the coordinates -33.92039, 18.42431. The tower is not open to the public, so it is seen from street level; the continuous glass curtain walls and the four-storey podium are visible from the pavement below.

In 2019 the building underwent a major redesign and became known as Foreshore Place, blending residential units with office spaces. This shift shows how Cape Town's downtown is evolving beyond pure business use.
