Naspers Centre, Corporate building in Cape Town, South Africa

Naspers Centre is a 26-storey, 93-metre skyscraper at 40 Heerengracht Street in Cape Town's Foreshore, between Heerengracht and D.F. Malan Street. Its facade carries a white, curved lattice design with black metal window frames, a 34 x 6 metre black Media24 logo on the Heerengracht side, and white root-like aluminium structures spanning 15 storeys.

The building was constructed in 1962 as the Sanlam Centre and was the tallest structure in South Africa at that time. It later underwent renovation and received its current name, remaining a notable landmark in the city.

The 2015 redesign added a 14 x 6 metre digital display on the north side facing Heerengracht Street, showing adverts for Media24 magazines; at installation it was billed as the largest and greenest screen in South Africa. The facade's white root-like structures, titled Roots by DBM Architects, span 15 storeys and were made from HulaBond aluminium panelling on a steel frame, an engineering first for the country.
