25–35 Power Street

25-35 Power Street is a modern skyscraper in Southbank rising 280 meters (920 feet) with 71 floors. The building combines approximately 500 residential units with nearly 400 hotel rooms and retail spaces within its curved glass and metal exterior.

The project received official planning approval in 2015 and was constructed using contemporary building methods. Its completion marked a significant expansion of Melbourne's vertical urban development in the Southbank district.
